Where
and what to build is the big question. After spending 10 long years
looking for a place to build we found it. This is the view from the home we built in 1996. We did it! But we
did it the hard way, the way most people do it and it wasn't easy. Was it
worth it? Yes, every experience, every changing day and view, as you can
see, and of course the increasing home values in this area are hard to imagine
and great to be part of.
Now there are much easier
ways and I do mean easy. If you have
a lot or acreage to build on let us know because we have many different options
for building. If you have an area where you would like to build we can
even look for a pre-foreclosure property.
Wouldn't it be great to get land you can
build a home on, below market value, and start with built in equity.
